Obituary
William Ronald Palkovic, age 87 of Geneva, formerly of Eastlake, passed away December 7, 2018 at Hospice of The Western Reserve surrounded by his loving family. He was born July 9, 1931 in Youngstown, Ohio to the late William and Elizabeth Palkovic.

Bill was employed at Western Union and retired from the United States Postal Service as a mail processing equipment mechanic.

He was a graduate of Benedictine High School, United States Navy Veteran, Parishioner of Assumption Catholic Church in Geneva, an avid Cleveland sports fan and a philanthropist.

Bill is the loving father of Kim (Colin) Horen, Dena (Jack) Coyne and Teresa (Andy) Palkovic; dearest grandfather of Thomas, Anna and Haley Horen; Brody, Noah and Ava Coyne; Jillian, Jayden and Jordan Savchuk; brother of Frank Palkovic, Betty Cerny, Carleen (Chuck) Kruger and the late Jeany Steimle; brother in law of the late Fran Palkovic, Lou Cerny and Chuck Steimle; uncle of many.

Funeral Mass will be held 10 AM Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at St. Justin Martyr Church, 35781 Stevens Blvd., Eastlake. Burial at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Twp.

The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at McMahon Coyne Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Donations can be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 300 East 185th Street, Cleveland OH 44119.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Jeff Monreal Funeral Services.
