Shirley “Auntie” Marsh Province (nee Palmer), age 83 of Mentor, went to be with her family in paradise July 24, 2018. She was born May 21, 1935 in Clarksburg, West Virginia to the late Edward and Helen Palmer.

She worked for Bowman Products in Cleveland, Cosmopolitan Nightclub, Tyler Enterprise, Mentor High School softball field concession stand and delivered flowers for Tuthills Florist.

Shirley was a member of the Mentor Amvets Post #40 where she served in many positions. She was also a member of Mentor Methodist Church.

She is the loving wife of the late Andy Marsh and the late Buck Province; dearest mother of the late Bobby Marsh; beloved sister of Jerry (Wanda – deceased) Palmer, Sue (Edward-deceased) Walbeck and the late Jack, Bill, Bob of Clarksburg and Frances of Florida; cherished auntie of Sherrie (Michael) Null, Edward Walbeck, the late Brian Walbeck, and many beloved great nieces and nephews.

A Visitation will be held 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM Friday, July 27, 2018 at Jeff Monreal Funeral Home, 6330 Center Street, Mentor. Funeral Ceremony will be held at 11 AM Saturday at the funeral home. Burial at Mentor Cemetery.

    Shirley was always so friendly. I’m glad I got to see her a couple times over the last 6 months. I will always love her.
