Rosemary Nicholson (nee Stankus), age 76 of Willowick, passed away August 30th, 2022 at home surrounded by her family. She was born September 1st, 1945 in Cleveland to the late Joseph and Hazel Stankus.

Rose retired as an administrative assistant from Medical Insurance companies.

Rose enjoyed knitting, crocheting, cooking, making cookie cut outs, outings with Kaiser friends and Tripoly game nights. She loved all the great neighbors and friends she had through the years, especially KP dinner and movie Gals. She loved spending time with her family.

Rose was the loving wife for 41 years to Samuel Nicholson; beloved mother of Brian (Sue) Boehringer, and Pamela (Victoria Grasse) Boehringer; stepmother of Harold Nicholson; cherished grandmother of Elizabeth and Sarah Boehringer, and the late Joey Boehringer and Sam Nicholson; dearest sister of Bernie Stankus, Sue Wolfe and the late Edward (Jackie) Stankus; aunt of many; dearest grand pups, Emmie, Olive and Loki.

A memorial mass will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday, September 3rd, 2022 at St. Mary Magdalene Church, 32114 Vine Street, Willowick, OH 44095. Burial to follow at All Souls Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Jeff Monreal Funeral Home, 1000 Mentor Ave., Painesville.
