Garry W. Boyd, age 72 of Willowick, passed away November 26th, 2022 at LakeWest Medical Center surrounded by his family. He was born on July 13th, 1950 in McMinnville, Tennessee to the late Charles and Nora Boyd.
Garry was a retired custodian from Willoughby Eastlake Schools.
Garry was a member of the National Monte Carlo Owners Association. He enjoyed traveling with his wife seeing various car shows around the country. He loved spending time with his family, especially watching his sons play football and going to the beach and parks with his grandchildren.
Garry was the loving husband of 51 years to Diane Boyd; dearest father of Kevin (Shannon) Boyd and Steve (Jill) Boyd; beloved grandfather of Colin and Hannah Boyd; brother of Bill Boyd, Jack Boyd and the late Larry Boyd; son in law of Virginia (Robert-deceased) Haines; uncle and great uncle of many.
The Boyd family will receive friends from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Saturday, December 3rd at Jeff Monreal Funeral Home, 1000 Mentor Ave., Painesville. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home. Burial at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens.
