  1. Dad,
These last couple days have been very hard without you here with me. It seems so surreal that you are in heaven when I feel like I should be going to the hospital this week to sit with you at an appointment or bring you some “important” item that you felt you needed. What has helped me each day is knowing that you are no longer in any pain and that you are with your mom and dad. You deserve peace and no pain… you truly do, Dad. I am so proud of how hard you fought the last 6 months, never once complaining and never once giving up hope! Thank you for letting me take care of you when you needed it most. I will treasure that forever.
    I love you,

    Beth
