Robert W. DeGidio, age 73 of Eastlake, passed away December 11th, 2017 at LakeWest Medical Center surrounded by his family. He was born on May 18, 1944 in Cleveland to the late William and Anne DeGidio.

Bob was a U.S. Army Veteran. He retired from TRW and was a parishioner at St. Justin Martyr Church.

He is survived by his sister, Mary Ann Jurick; nieces and nephews, William (Jules) DeGidio, Kim Nelson, Russell DeGidio, Alan (Stephanie) DeGidio, Nathan DeGidio, James Daugert, Debbie (Matt) Kay, Sean (fiancée-Dawn) Conley, Joseph Jurick, Amy (Mike) Sorine, Philip Jurick, Michael Jurick and Christopher (Alicia) Jurick; many great nieces and nephews; and sister in law, Delores DeGidio.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Alphonse DeGidio; brother in law, Philip J. Jurick; and nephew, Ronald Daugert.

Burial at Willoughby Memorial Gardens.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10 AM Saturday, December 16, 2017 at St. Justin Martyr Church, 35781 Stevens Blvd., Eastlake.

Visitation 4-7 PM Friday at The Abbey, 38011 Euclid Ave., Willoughby, located on the grounds of Jeff Monreal Funeral Home.

Donations can be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
