Franko Zahtila, age 64 of Euclid, passed away November 2, 2018 at University Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born November 26, 1953 in Labin, Croatia to the late Jakov and Marija Zahtila.
Franko worked as a machinist for over 30 years and enjoyed playing bocce and cards. His pride and joy was his granddaughters. He will be dearly missed.
He is loving husband of Mirjana Zahtila (nee Blecic); father of Melissa (Sean) Morton; grandfather of Mersadie and Skye Morton; son in law of Milio and Andjelina Blecic; brother of the late Anita and Silvano; brother in law of Damir; uncle of Doris, Vesna, Christopher, Marina, Alen and the late Brian.
Visitation 4-8 PM Tuesday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 AM Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at St. John of the Cross, 140 Richmond Rd., Euclid.
Burial at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Twp.
